By using this website, submitting a form, requesting a visit, or communicating with Lemonlight, you agree to these Terms + Conditions. Lemonlight provides non-emergent pediatric support to families in Miami, Florida, including South Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Coral Gables, Kendall, and nearby Miami-Dade neighborhoods. Our services may include in-home pediatric visits, telehealth visits when appropriate, sports and camp physicals, testing, blood draws and labs, minor procedures, family guidance, prescriptions when clinically appropriate, and related pediatric support. Lemonlight does not provide emergency medical services. If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, including trouble breathing, severe dehydration, serious injury, unusual difficulty waking, or any condition that feels urgent or life-threatening, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.

The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reading this website, submitting a form, or contacting Lemonlight does not automatically create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship begins only when Lemonlight accepts the request and schedules or provides care. Lemonlight does not replace your child’s primary pediatrician. We provide another layer of support for common pediatric concerns when an in-home or telehealth visit is appropriate, and we may recommend that you contact your child’s pediatrician, visit urgent care, go to the emergency room, or seek specialist care when a different level of care is needed.

To request a visit, you may submit the website form with information such as parent or guardian name, child age, phone number, email address, symptoms, and address. Lemonlight will review the information and follow up with next steps, but submitting a request does not guarantee that Lemonlight can provide a visit, offer a diagnosis, prescribe medication, or accept your child as a patient. Current operating hours are Monday-Saturday, 9 AM-5 PM. Visits requested outside of those hours may be considered after-hours visits, and after-hours availability is not guaranteed. Telehealth may be available when appropriate, but it is not right for every concern and may not replace an in-person evaluation. Some testing may be performed or collected by Lemonlight, and certain lab work may be processed by third-party laboratories. Lemonlight is not responsible for the timelines, systems, billing practices, or policies of third-party labs or outside providers.

Website pricing is provided for general information and may change. Pricing may vary based on visit type, timing, testing, membership status, clinical need, or additional services. Families are not currently required to pay online through this website. Payment method, payment timing, and payment processor details will be provided separately when services are scheduled or rendered. Memberships are offered month-to-month unless otherwise stated in writing, and membership pricing, benefits, inclusions, and availability may change with notice. Memberships do not guarantee emergency access, immediate availability, or services outside Lemonlight’s scope of care. Cancellation, no-show, and refund policies are still being finalized and will be communicated when available.

By requesting care for a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or an authorized adult permitted to request care for that child, and you agree to provide accurate and complete information. By submitting a form or contacting Lemonlight, you agree that we may respond by phone, email, or text message using the contact information you provide. Please do not use this website, email, text message, or a website form for emergency medical needs. All website content, including copy, design, images, graphics, icons, logos, and brand elements, belongs to Lemonlight Pediatrics on Wheels, LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission.
